Using Sirvora

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Sirvora by merchants, their staff and customers who browse menus or place orders.

Effective 17 September 2026

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Sirvora, you agree to these terms. If you use Sirvora for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and keep account credentials secure.

Sirvora’s role

Sirvora provides technology that connects customers with independent merchants. The merchant controls its menu, pricing, availability, fulfilment, refunds and the goods or services it supplies. A customer’s purchase is from the merchant identified on the menu or checkout screen. Sirvora may facilitate the order and payment flow but is not the restaurant preparing or supplying the order.

Orders, payment and refunds

Customers must review order details before submitting them. An order may be rejected or cancelled when an item is unavailable, payment fails, information is incorrect or fulfilment is not possible. The merchant’s displayed price and fulfilment terms apply. Refund and cancellation requests should first be directed to the merchant; Sirvora can help investigate platform or payment-status issues.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for accurate menu information, prices, taxes, allergen and dietary information, required licences, safe preparation, order fulfilment, customer support and compliance with applicable consumer, food, employment and data-protection laws. Merchants must manage staff access and promptly remove access that is no longer required.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person or business, use Sirvora to deceive customers, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sirvora available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date on this page; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sirvora is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The Sircle Company Ltd. is not responsible for a merchant’s food, preparation, descriptions or fulfilment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
